With respect to product sampling, we believe...

  • As Mckinsey & Co have concluded, 'hygiene transparency' is a must. A product sampling initiative must demonstrate, articulate & illustrate this simply and quickly - if it cannot, it's a non-starter.

  • The 'moment' or 'the when' is paramount. The moment when the consumer receives the product sample most dictates sample usage or sample trial.

  • Without product sample trial - that interaction was a failure and a destroyer of ROI. Maximum product sample trial must be relentlessly pursued as it is the driver of ROI.

  • The context matters. Why is this sample being given to me? Why is this sample here? The consumer must be able to quickly and easily answer this question 100% of the time.

  • Deeply in the talents and skills of the brand marketers we have the privilege to serve. We care deeply about our clients and their career. Our job is to over serve their needs and massively exceed their expectations with respect to service & results.
